INTERNATIONAL shipments are gladly performed! Shipments are usually by U.S. Post Office Airmail, but you can choose other methods of shipment (such as Surface Mail or Global Priority Mail).
INSURANCE paid by buyer-- optional (at your request) for bids under $50, required for all bids $50 or higher.
(Note to International bidders: Insurance requires PARCEL Post and not LETTER Post for Airmail and Surface Mail)
RETURNS ACCEPTED if you pay return shipping charges and returned package is postmarked/dated within 15 calendar days of original ship date. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
REFUNDS GIVEN for the bid price once I successfully receive the returned package. Shipping charge you paid to me refunded if I agree that the item is not-as-advertised.
DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL, DEFECTIVE, UNWANTED, or NOT-AS-ADVERTISED items accepted for return only if entire shipment is returned in original carton with no missing pieces, components, parts, covers, boxes, documentation, etc.

SHIPMENT NOT RECEIVED? Shipments confirmed by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Contact me by e-mail if you don't receive shipment by that date and I'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
